Tracey is a Change and Transformation Specialist, Futurist, and Innovator, having spent a significant portion of her career as a troubleshooter for corporate businesses. Her clients have included major banks, financial institutions, and government agencies, along with numerous other industries and sectors. 
 
Tracey has extensive experience, both nationally and internationally, working with start-ups and SMEs, as well as large corporate clients across both the public and private sectors. She has addressed audiences worldwide on innovation, strategy, change and transformation, and is often sought after as a keynote speaker. She brings a dynamic and integrated approach to her work, continuing to assess many forms of strategic change and transformation in organisations today, along with broader community initiatives.  She specialises in dealing with complexity and ambiguity to develop leading-edge solutions that are workable and sustainable. 

As part of Tracey’s values around giving back to the community, she works closely with Government agencies and Corporate businesses to develop and pilot innovative solutions to many of today's business and social challenges. Tracey also leads a number of ‘cutting-edge’ research and development programs to tackle current and future global issues.   

In 2012 Tracey was awarded the Medical Order of the Knights Hospitallers for her work within the Community.
